THE RESULTS WERE AMAZING

 

We completed an interim assignment for a diving resort in Padangbay in Bali. The resort was run down and had been left to its fate by the previous resort managers.

We refurbished the resort and improved the facilities and accommodation to be more comfortable and appealing. We trained the local staff about Western culture, courtesy and general expectations.

We restructured pricing, recreated marketing materials and the menu of the restaurant, expanded the accommodation offer and opened additional markets.

Occupancy rates picked up again from 10% to a monthly average of 60% over a 10 months period from July until April.
